A well-designed, easy to navigate website. Keeping in line with their natural, earth-friendly product line, soft, earth-tone colors are used. Recycled packaging is used for all orders. Well-defined ordering, payment and shipping policies. Their large selection of products are displayed with a nice picture and detailed description. The site offers great pictures, a large sales section, express check-out, and optional registration.
